For instance a King soft sider with X amount of baffles feels the same as timber frame or a duet queen soft sider feels the same as a full queen soft sider. Both are wrong and need to be experienced. If this were the case why have a showroom.
Waterbeds is a small industry now for many reasons. The medical profession, good in their own realm, are not up to date with waterbed progress and will give incorrect advice.
Many times our staff will go to an address to empty a waterbed and they have a alternate bed ready. We talk to these clients about the new generation comfort and most will say "I wish I knew, but it's to late now".  So our factory outlet is open a selective hours to minimize staff costs and yet have the maximum range so check our opening hours first. Our foam baths have bottom insulation, side insulation and of course top is insulated by a cover. Your power consumption drops, drops, drops…… Many turn their heaters off during the peak of summer
Medium to high density foams are used for reliability and longevity Reinforced on the bottom to keep foam bath in shape longer Unlike some covered foam baths ours stay together no foam base

 Warranty. Our warranty covers the bed for 5 [ five ] years.
The heater has a manufactures 3 year warranty and shop pro rata warranty to 5 years.
Comfortable and Aqua plus mattresses have a 2 year manufacturer warranty .

        Year 4 to 5 inclusive 75% paid by customer and 25% Dreamlover

Remember that all mattress of any make cover seams and workmanship in the seams Dreamlover Series 3 mattress also warrants the baffles on the same scale as the mattress warranty The only mattress manufacturer to do so All Dreamlover series 3 mattresses have a purchase date on the mattress tag.
